Synopsis
Robin Williams is Parry, a homeless history professor who lives in a fantasy world full of castles, Red Knights and damsels in distress. Jeff Bridges co-stars as Jack, New York's No 1-shock deejay, whose off hand arrogance triggers a tragedy, which ruins his career. Penniless and without prospects, Jack finds himself plucked from disaster by the most improbable of saviours, Parry.

Filming Locations Title

Despite being set in New York only a view scenes were filmed there. All the internal shots were at various locations in LA, the external New York shots were all filmed in New York though.

Parry takes Jack to show him the location of the Holy Grail. This building that looks an awful lot like a red castle was the Squadron A and Eigth Regiment Armoury. It's now Hunters College High School.

Once again Parry drags Jack through the streets of New York, this time they're waiting at Grand Central Station in New York for Lydia to walk past. When she turns up Parry follows her through the station, dodging the other patrons who in Parry's world arn't there to catch a train.
